Top Image taken with Sony A7III, 1/250s, F9, ISO200. Image looked very bright in viewfinder, but increased exposure would have improved matters. Either/125s, or F7.1 would be worth trying.
Image below was taken with Olympus EM1 III at 400mm. 1/200s, ISO320, F8.
